Yani Hendrayani is one of the founders and chairman of Malindo CSR and Leadership Centre. Having more than ten years of working experience working in the field of communication as a trainer and lecturer at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran - Jakarta, she is also actively involved in various organizations. In 2012 - 2013, for instance, she served as the Chairman of the South Jakarta branch of the Association of Indonesian Communication (known as Ikatan Sarjana Komunikasi Indonesia / ISKI); and continues her service as the Deputy Secretary General for the period 2013-2017. The PhD candidate in Communication Studies at the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Yani focuses her study in the area of communication to support on stakeholder engagement, and poverty alleviation. Nevertheless, she strongly believes in the role of communications to drive sustainable development.
Ujang Rusdianto serves as the Deputy Chairman in Malindo CSR and Leadership Research Centre.
He has over 10 years in Coorporate social Responsibility in multinational companies including PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara, NTB and PT Cinggarindo Galba, Jakarta. Having a specialty in the areas of CSR Communication, Cyber CSR and Community Relations, Ujang has published some CSR books such as Sustainable Corporation: Hubungan Harmonis Perusahaan dan Masyarakat, bagian Rekam Jejak CSR PT Semen Gresik(2012);Cyber CSR: A Guide of CSR Communication on Cyber Media(2014);CSR Communications: A Framework for PR Practitioners (2013); Driver for IMC (2011). Born and raised as a child of a transmigrant family have intrigued his attention in culture, local / micro economy and issues of CSR related to the crude palm oil plantations. Moreover, he provided advisory services to government and multinational companies in various sectors, including consumer goods, property and financial institutions. Holding a Degree in Communication in University Sebelas Maret and Master study of Communication (Mcom) in the Mercubuana University Jakarta, Ujang is also an experienced trainer and facilitator for the creative CSR Programe and contributes to research that aims to build capacity on sustainable business practices in Indonesia.
Rahmatullah is the Secretary General of the Malindo CSR and Leadership Reseach Centre.
Having a strong interest in the developing CSR, stakeholder engagement and CSR Partnership, he has a Degree from FISIP Universitas Padjajaran on Social Welfare Studies and was awarded a scholarship from Building Professional Social Worker (BPSW) New York to study Master of Social Sience in the field of CSR, Community Development at FISIP University Indonesia. Among his previous practical experience are his careers as CSR Assistant in PT.Kartika Pradipta Prisma, PT. Agro Harapan Lestari, and PT Palm Oil Area Kalimantan, with a main responsibility to assess the social impact they have on operations. Further, he also provided advisory services on CSR Regulation for the local Government and contributes to research aimed to study the CSR Social Impact and capacity on sustainable business under Reform Institute, Yayasan Mangrove-IPB and PSKK UGM-World Bank. He has published some CSR books such as Membaca Banten Membaca Indonesia (2010), Panduan Praktis Pengelolaan CSR (2011), Kemitraan CSR; Model Kerjasama Perusahaan dan Pemerintah Dalam Mengelola CSR (2012).
